Returns and refunds procedure in accordance with consumer protection legislation (RDL 1/2007).
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to give a reason.
How to return
To start a return, write to shari.caru20@gmail.com quoting your order number. We will provide you with the instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and checked, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The specific timeframe and conditions of the refund will be confirmed by the administrator.
Legal guarantee
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under the applicable legislation.
