Delivery coverage
Orders are prepared with suitable protective packaging for handmade pieces. The delivery coverage and areas served are configured by the administrator.
Timeframes and costs
Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are shown during the ordering process. These values must be configured by the administrator before going live and are not shown by default.
Tracking
Once the logistics provider has been activated, you will receive tracking information for your order. Please see the order tracking page.
